High Desert RV Park, Winnemucka, NV, to Angel Lake RV Park, Wells, NV:  Left around 10:30 this morning.  Not a long drive today.  Continued on I80 east through more high desert with mountains all around.  Good road, mostly flat, with only a few long pulls uphill and then long coasts down.  Stopped in Battle Mountain for breakfast.  Switched drivers outside Elko and I started to drive.  Elko must be the largest town on this stretch of I80.  There’s definitely not much out here.  Got to Wells and were set up by 3:00.  It actually was rainy and stormy here for a while.  You could really smell the sagebrush after the rain.  Wonderful smell.  Tomorrow will be a much longer drive.
