nice day today, but still quite windy. We decided to lay low today and keep
away from any retail areas. Our neighbor, Larry, brought over some snapper fish
fillets. He and John had gone fishing this morning. I baked them up with some
chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, onion, and some lime juice. They actually
came out pretty good. We had a great holiday dinner yesterday with Debbie,
Craig, and friends. About 14 of us all together. After dinner a smaller version
of the Trailer Trash Band entertained. Upper 70s today.
