our dinner last night I had to take Mike to the ER. He was dizzy, sweating
profusely, nauseous and vomiting. He threw up again on the way. Had to pull
over at Shark Key. Spent hours at the ER and the diagnosis was food poisoning.
Today we found out that three people out of our party of 17 also got sick and
threw up. Didn’t get home from the ER until 1:30 this morning. Basically just
laid low today. A few people stopped by to see how he was doing. Dale stopped
by with wine since there were like 4 women over there and he said they were
sucking up all the oxygen. Poor guy. They have two female visitors staying with
them and Dale is sleeping in a tent outside. He comes over to our place for
refuge and wine. We did our usual laundry and grocery shopping in the morning.
Breezy and cool today.
