Sun, Dec 4, Lazy Lakes RV Park,
Sugarloaf, FL: A
nice morning this morning. We got the ladder
out and put the lights on our palm tree.
The timer is not working however.
Drove to Key West to see the movie, “Hacksaw Ridge”. An amazing true story of a true hero—the only
conscientious objector that received the Congressional Medal of Honor. A very graphic movie. On the way back to the truck we stopped at
the Green Parrot to see if our fellow Lazy Lakers were in there. No one there, so we headed back home. Sat outside with a cocktail for a while and
our neighbors, Jerry and Char, stopped by.
Cracked a bottle of white for them and then Eric and Suzette stopped by
with their cute little dog, Samson.
After about an hour we all headed our separate ways for some dinner. 83 today and breezy. Left-over pork chops again for dinner. Larry made a cherry pie and gave us
half. What a great neighbor! As soon as I finish this, I’m going to cut a
piece.
