Thu, Jan 5, Lazy Lakes RV Park,
Sugarloaf, FL: “42nd
Street” last night at the Tennessee Williams Theater was amazing! What a beautiful production—dance numbers and
costumes elaborate. And, with a
dancing/singing cast of at least 16, there were probably 16 or 17 costume
changes. A great musical. I’m so glad we were able to get tickets. This morning dawned noticeably cooler—maybe less
humidity. Anyway, after breakfast I
walked around the lake and down Johnson Road again. On the way back I stopped to talk to a new
couple in here. He’s a Navy air traffic
controller at Boca Chica. They’re living
in their fifth wheel here in the park. A
really nice couple. They have two kids
and 4 dogs! OMG! Tonight we’re heading to the “Little Jazz
Room” in Key West with our neighbor, Larry.
Have never been there, but I think we will enjoy it. Dinner afterwards somewhere. Low 80s today, sunny with a slight breeze.
