Sat, Dec 21, 2019:  Today is the winter solstice.  So, days will start getting longer.  Yay! Really windy again today.  Mike has our screen room anchored down really good, or it’d be in another county by now.  The sun was out for a little while this morning.  I saw Bill walking around looking for something—Daisy probably.  He was taking Abby out for her “poop walk” and Daisy usually joins them.  Couldn’t find her.  It’s pretty warm out there, even when the clouds rolled in.  Mike watched basketball (yawn) and I read my book and dozed for a while.  Our new chairs are great.  They recline back all the way and I don’t get up with a sore back.  Mid-70s today but windy.  We’re still eating our left-over goulash.
