Camden Harbor from Biddle Mt.

Another beautiful day. We went back to Camden Harbor. While we were out on our sail we noticed a tower on top of one of the mountains. Found out it’s a state park and the mountain is Biddle Mt. Drove up there and took some pictures of the beautiful view. This area of the coast is so pretty. The harbor is beautiful and there are hundreds of islands. What a beautiful area to have a boat. Then we drove up to Lincolnville Beach and had lunch at a place on the water. This is a neat little town—not much of a beach. Met a couple there from Toronto. He works in Arctica and Antartica most of the year. Was having a problem with the heat—70s. Then we continued up the coast to Belfast and explored the old harbor. Another neat little town. There was a 72-foot schooner docked there. A beautiful boat. He and he wife live on the boat and charter it out. They own a home on one of the islands but rent it out and live on the boat. Hmmmmm….. might be fun to check that out. What a trip that would be. Back to our campground and walked down to the water. Sat there and watched the boats, waves and an osprey on the hunt.
