Wagon Trail Resort, Ellison Bay, WI: A really nasty day—lots of rain. Great day to do the laundry. So we took care of that and took out a couple of DVDs from the office to watch later. Put a pork roast in the oven. Watched one of the DVDs, “The Human Stain”, with Nicole Kidman and Anthony Hopkins. Pretty good, but depressing. We watched “Revolutionary Road” last night with Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. Good movie but also depressing. We need to watch a comedy next. The only TV reception we have here are three PBS stations. But PBS usually has some really good programs—especially the Wisconsin channel. Roast pork, mashed sweet potatoes, and a vegetable for dinner tonight.
