Sat, 4/3/10:

KOA, Memphis, TN, to St. Louis, MO: Left Memphis this morning at 9:00 a.m. I drove to Sikeston, MO, where we stopped for fuel and food. Mike took over driving and after leaving the flats of W. Arkansas and the boot heel of Missouri, we drove through the rolling hills, rocky outcroppings and neat farms of southeastern Missouri. And Missouri is in the throes of spring. All the trees are leafing out, flowering trees are in bloom and it’s really warm. We arrived home at 3:00. It’s really good to be home.
