Meatloaf for dinner tonight.  Thought I'd try the convection oven for the first time.  Set the timer for 60 minutes.  Checked at 50 minutes and it was done to a crisp.  The convection oven takes way less time.  The meatloaf was still good.  Then I danced the night away with Barry, Robin, and Maurice Gibbs.  Love them.
