Lazy Lakes RV Park, Sugarloaf Key, FL:  Laundry day today.  We just went over to the KOA which was really busy.  We are such interlopers. I walked over and Mike drove.  “Chicago Sandy” (another interloper)  was there doing her laundry.  Got a chance to catch up with her a little, even though their site is right across the road from us, sort of.  Back home, put everything away and sat outside reading for a while.  Into Key West this afternoon to see “Monuments Men,” which is based on a true story.  Olympic viewing in the evening.  Our maintenance guys are working their butts off today.  They’re tearing out vegetation behind the sites along Johnson Road and are going to put in a new fence.  There’s going to be a couple of concerts in here—The Doobie Brothers is the first.  Not sure who will be performing in the second one.  We won’t be here anyway.  But at any rate, they’re sprucing up a little in preparation for these concerts.

Sunset over the flats along Johnson Road.
Our park is unique, in that we're surrounded by a large wildlife and natural area.  Very peaceful. Lots of wildlife.
