Lazy Lakes RV Park, Sugarloaf Key, FL:   Another chilly and blustery day today.  Sunny though.  Everyone pretty much staying in their caves.  Except for Carmen that is.  She’s all dressed up and tooling around in her golf cart.  Nothing keeps her down. Supposed to be 72 today.  Sure doesn’t feel like it with that wind.
