Wed, Jan 20, Lazy Lakes RV Park, Sugarloaf Key, FL:  I ordered a Zydeco washboard a couple of weeks ago and it came in the mail today. It came directly from some guy in Louisiana. Amazing packaging. It was bolted to the carton it came in so it wouldn’t move around in there. Can’t wait to play it with the band today. After messing around with the band we’ll have our pot luck dinner—more eating and drinking. No wonder I can’t seem to lose weight. We have some really good left-overs here from our pork chop dinner which we’ll enjoy over the weekend. Mostly cloudy, cool, and breezy today.

Finally finished the knitting project I was working on--a little hooded sweater.
